Add this module to your curriculum selection to improve
the immediate relevance of Project Management content for your participants.
This module allows one or more intact teams, including Project Manager,
customers, manager, and other key team members, to use their own current
project as their case study. The intact team benefits from direct application
of the methods, improved team understanding of their project, and a stronger
team. Some pre-work is required.

This module is designed for one or two intact project teams, including
Project Manager, Sponsor, Resource Managers, Project Management Office Staff,
Team Leaders
and Team Members. Teams use their current project as their case study,
and often make more project progress in the classroom than if they
were back on the job.
Note: This module can only be applied to a program that includes
a majority of the Core Modules; it does require some pre-work, and
may require evening efforts to apply the materials in greater depth than
normal classroom efforts need.
